“The petals are the perfect portion size (kind of shaped like a football) and come in three flavors: Spinach Garlic, Chimayo Red Chile and Agave Grain.”

 ”The most interesting thing to me is that the petals are shelf stable at room temperature for 30 days without refrigeration.  That’s right, you can store them on the kitchen counter until ready to use.” 

“ The petals need to be heating in the microwave for about 30 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds and become incredible flexible. They hold together better than a corn tortilla and have a better taste and texture.”
